Understanding Ring Size Systems
Ring sizes vary by country. The US uses numerical sizes (typically 3–13 for women, 7–14 for men). The UK and Australia use letters. Europe uses millimeter circumference measurements. When purchasing internationally, always confirm which system is being used and request conversion if needed.
The Best Time to Measure
Measure your ring size at room temperature, mid-day. Avoid measuring first thing in the morning (fingers are slightly swollen from sleep) or after vigorous exercise or alcohol consumption (increased circulation enlarges fingers temporarily).
